RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return an item we will provide you with either a credit note or an exchange, one of which will be chosen based on your reason for return.  Upon return of goods (postage to returned goods are covered by the customer), a credit note is issued to exchange for something else.  Postage for the return is to be covered by yourself.

Many items have been carefully handcrafted and there might be slight irregularities or variations and they are not be regarded as defects.

There are NO RETURNS on sale items.
